OUR SIX-STEP PROJECT PROCESS
Our process is the same for every client — clear, simple, and focused on results. It all starts with a discovery consultation to fully understand your goals, needs, and budget.
STEP 1 – DISCOVERY CALL
We schedule an on-site visit to assess your property and discuss your landscaping or hardscaping needs, style preferences, and budget.
STEP 2 – PROPOSAL & DEPOSIT
After the consultation, we provide you with a detailed proposal for your project, along with a deposit to secure your start date.
STEP 3 – SITE ASSESSMENT & BASE PLAN
Once your deposit is received, we perform a thorough inspection of your outdoor space and create a base plan tailored to your needs and property layout.
STEP 4 – CUSTOM DESIGN & PLANNING
This is where the magic happens — we outline a custom design plan, including materials, colors, plant selections, and hardscape features, considering every detail you’ve shared with us.
STEP 5 – PROJECT REVIEW
We review the plan with you in detail, making adjustments as needed before work begins, ensuring you are 100% confident in the design.
STEP 6 – FINALIZATION & EXECUTION
Once everything is approved, we finalize all documents and schedule your project build. Then our skilled team brings your vision to life with precision, quality, and care.
